Reenrollment and workshop choices between 15 February and 7 March

Reenrollment for the school year 2022–2023 will begin on 15 February 2022. The current students of the school may begin reenrolling for the next school year through Eepos. Reenrollment will end on 7 March, after which students will be admitted into their chosen groups in order of registration.

The guardians of students in the school's daycare and basic education groups will inform whetherthey wish to remainin the school. Group meeting times will be announced in early April. 

Those who wish to end their studies altogether after the current spring semester may also inform the schoolof their decision through the reenrollment form. 

Students aged 14 and older will also choose a workshop they would like to attend in the next school year. 

Attention! Reenrollment for the school's art clubs does not begin until later in the spring.

How to reenroll 

Eepos credentials

To reenroll, you require personal credentials to log in the Eepos student management system. You received the credentials during the previous reenrollment period or when you began your studies if you started mid-semester. The credentials were sent to you from the email address postitus@eepos.fi. If you have lost your user login and/or password, please contact the school office, toimisto@espoonkuvis.fi. 

About reenrollment in general

Log into Eepos using your credentials to complete your reenrollment – do not reapply as a new student. You may also use the reenrollment form to end your studies after the current spring semester.

Please check your contact information and update them before reenrolling. Use an email address that you check regularly so that invoices and other important messages from the school will reach you.

Read the instructions in the form carefully so that you're clear on which group you're signing up for.

Please reenroll in due time to ensure that you retain your place in next year's groups. You may cancel your reenrollment free of charge by 22 August if you change your mind.

Remember to update your changed contact information – it is the responsibility of the guardian/pupil older than 18.This is important to ensure that your bill will reach you. An adult student will receive a semester bill in their own email.

Reenrollment for daycare groups

Upon reenrolling, the guardians of students in the school's daycare groups must inform the school whether they wish to remain in the daycare group or if they would like to switch over to the school's basic education groups instead. Please read the instructions here.

Reenrollment for basic education groups

Students in basic education groups must decide whether to continue or discontinue their studies in the next school year. All students will automatically be placed into groups that match their age. Register in time, as late registration may mean the termination of your group! Please read the instructions here.

Reenrollment for workshops

Students aged 14 and older will also choose a workshop they wish to attend in the next school year. They can choose up to three workshop options in order of preference. Choose your second and thirdoptions carefully, for not everyone will be placed in their first-option workshop.

Students who are currently studying in workshops will be prioritized. Some workshops may be cancelled due to low interest.

Where possible, level or parallel groups will be set up. Not all workshops may be set up. Please read the instructions here.

Next year's schedule

The schedule for the next school year will be planned in late March. You will be notifiedof if by email shortly after. The schedules of the school's daycare groups will be announced a little bit later, as they cannot be completed until new students have been admitted and until the daycares have decided their own schedules.
