During re-enrolment, the current students of the School of Art indicate whether they will continue their studies in the coming academic year. In addition, students who are of workshop age will choose their workshop.

Re-enrolment in the Espoo School of Art for the academic year 2025–2026 will begin on Wednesday 26 February 2025, when primary guardians and students over the age of 18 will enroll by using the Eepos system. Enroll in time to secure your spot in the autumn groups. Re-enrolment ends on Monday 10 March.

During re-enrolment

• Students aged 4–13 in early childhood visual art education and basic art education indicate whether they wish to continue in the School of Art.

• Workshop-age students aged 14–20, as well as 13-year-old students starting in workshops in the autumn, choose a workshop for the next academic year.

• Art Club students indicate whether they wish to continue in the club at the following schools: Aurora, Eestinkallio, Laajalahti, Lintuvaara, Niittykumpu, Päivänkehrä, or Saunalahti.

• If you wish to quit your studies after the current semester, please also indicate this on the re-enrolment form.

The application period for new students starts on Wednesday, April 23, 2025

How to re-enroll

Re-enroll in Eepos (https://espoo.eepos.fi/) by using your credentials, not as a new student.

Log in to your Eepos account. You will need your personal Eepos credentials for re-enrolment. The credentials have been sent to primary guardians and students who are 18 or older. If you do not yet have active credentials, a link to create them has been sent from Eepos.

Be sure to check your contact details and correct any changed information. This is important to ensure that your invoices arrive properly. You will also receive a tuition fee invoice to your own e-mail if you are a student aged 18 or older. Use an e-mail address that you check regularly.

You can cancel your spot free of charge until the autumn term invoice’s due date if your plans change.

Re-enrolment in basic education

If you are a basic education student aged 4–13, please indicate whether you will continue at the School of Art or cancel your study place.

Groups get older with the students (e.g. a group of 7–8-year-olds becomes a group of 8–9-year-olds), so there is no need to request a transfer to a group of your own age. Enroll in time, as late enrolment may result in a cancellation of the group.

Re-enrolment of workshop students and choosing a workshop

If you are a workshop student between the ages of 14 and 20 or a 13-year-old student starting in the autumn workshops, choose the workshop that you prefer for the next academic year. Introductions can be found on the Workshops page in Finnish.

You can choose three different workshop options. Be careful with options 2 and 3, as your first workshop wish may not be possible. Students who are already studying in the workshop will receive priority in the group selection.

If necessary, we will set up parallel groups where possible, but some workshops might not be set up due to the small number of students.

Schedule

The schedule will be drawn up after re-enrolment ends. You will be informed about the next autumn’s group meeting times via Eepos e-mail in May.
